2. APP DESCRIPTION

Grace Guide is a Bible study and daily verse application designed to provide:

• Personal verse favorites and bookmarks
• Audio reading capabilities
• Customizable appearance options

3. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to use Grace Guide:
• For personal, non-commercial purposes
• In accordance with applicable laws
• Respectfully and appropriately
• Without attempting to reverse engineer or modify the app

4. CONTENT DISCLAIMER

• Bible translations are provided for educational and spiritual purposes
• Content is not intended as professional theological advice
• Users are encouraged to consult multiple sources for biblical study
• The app respects diverse faith perspectives and interpretations

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• Grace Guide app and design are protected by copyright
• Bible translations used are in the public domain
• Flutter framework is licensed under BSD 3-Clause License

of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of
law principles.

12. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING

• Grace Guide offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to the app and its features. Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis and are billed through your Apple App Store account at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate selected at the time of purchase.
• You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your App Store account settings after purchase.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to Grace Guide.
• Subscription pricing and plan details will be presented within the app prior to purchase.
• By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Apple to charge your App Store account in accordance with the selected subscription terms.
• All payments and renewals are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store Terms and Conditions.
